Meet our consultants
Jean-Marc Benker holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages & Literature (ULg) as well as a Master’s in Management from Solvay Business School (ULB). He is also a trained HR & OD Auditor/Consultant (Group’AT) and certified in the MBTI, 16PF and PAPI tools.
Early in his career, he held various financial positions in (Export Finance Officer, Financial Controller) in German companies like Siemens. In 1994, he joined a large LSE-quoted recruitment firm which he left in 2007 as Managing Director Belgium & Luxembourg to co-found ProfilerConsulting.
He was President of Federgon RSS for 6 years and member of the Board of ECSSA (European Federation of Search & Selection Associations).
He is active in executive training on a regular basis, a.o. in the EMBA programme of LSM-BMI.
At ProfilerConsulting, he advises medium & large organizations on various HR matters including middle & top management recruitment, organizational development as well as individual and group coaching.
He speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
Patricia Coopmans holds a Master’s in Management from Solvay Business School (Commercial Engineer – ULB).
Passionate about healthcare, Patricia has worked for over 25 years for pharmaceutical companies of different sizes and cultures, in sales, marketing & general management roles, with local and international scopes.
She has been CEO of a 120 persons SME specializing in herbal food supplements where she built and implemented the Transformation program along the entire value chain – from innovation, production, to marketing and logistics. She performed a mission as CEO for Medical Diagnostic company (> 700 people) where she was responsible for the transition between COVID & post COVID period.
After this journey, she decided to focus on the Human resources & Customer centricity, which have always been key priorities in her different positions & companies.
Her wish ? To help you in finding the right talents to join your organization for permanent or temporary positions, fitting your challenges & your enterprise culture. She will be, through her past experience in managing people and companies, also supporting you with the implementation of your HR strategy going from talent management, performing team to training & development. She can also advise you in implementing a Transformation program or coaching teams/individuals.

Oscar Marchena holds two degrees from EDHEC Business School: a Master’s degree in Business Management, and a Master’s in Strategy, Consulting and Digital Transformation. He also has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technological University of Panama.
Early in his career, he worked as a Human Capital Consultant for Deloitte, where he was involved in several projects related to Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
At ProfilerConsulting, he advises medium & large organizations on middle & top management recruitment of permanent and interim management roles.
He speaks Spanish, English and French.
Sophie Feltrin holds a Master’s in Commercial Engineering from HEC Liège including a teaching certification, as well as several certificates amongst which HR, Coaching, HBDI and Human Element from Will Schutz.
Sophie held various consultancy positions at Accenture and Robert Walters, focusing on topics as Change Management, Business Development, HR and new service start-up. Since 2007, Sophie is Owner and Managing Director at So Essential, focusing on the alignment between people and performance. Sophie is a trusted partner at ProfilerConsulting, engaging with clients on a number of topics, mostly on assessment centers and HR advice.
She has a broad and solid experience in business development, people management, HR, coaching and mentoring.
Her enthusiasm, energy and people-focused approach, combined with her caring yet confronting analysis, helps individuals and organizations perform better.

Luc Walrave holds a Master’s degree in Chemical and Food Science Engineering (FSAGx). He is also trained in Transactional Analysis, Coaching, Active Listening (Rogers), and System Dynamics in Organizations (constellations).
Luc held various Quality positions in Mondelez, Phibro and GlaxoSmithKline. Around 2010, he decided to shift his focus on people development and relations and started helping individuals, teams and groups through coaching. From 2017 onwards he started working on Culture and Coaching and became Director Coaching Capability Building for GSK Vaccines. He holds more than 1,700 hours of coaching.
Since 2022 he works as an advisor for small and medium size’s companies in topics related to team organization, strategy, dynamics and relations.
At ProfilerConsulting, he advises medium & large organizations on organizational dynamics as well as individual and group coaching.
He understands German yet works mostly in French and English.
Annemarie Weise holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from UCLouvain and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Culture completed with Honours at the University of London (Royal Holloway), Université Paris Cité, and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
She is a versatile, highly adaptable, and multi-lingual professional who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven, entrepreneurial business cultures. With a relentless curiosity, Annemarie has garnered experience in diverse fields, industries, and various countries. Early in her career, she has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities in team management at ThirdBridge in London, a global investment research firm, and later made a successful transition to the field of Association Management and Consulting with MCI Group in Brussels where she was responsible for devising and leading strategic initiatives for key accounts mainly based in the USA.
Most recently, Annemarie spearheaded the expansion of a next-generation business school.
A natural networker, Annemarie’s passion is to solve problems and advance business by connecting the right people. Her ability to recognize people’s potential and align it with strategic organizational needs, make Annemarie an asset in the world of recruitment and interim management.
