Jean-Marc Benker

 

Jean-Marc Benker holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages & Literature (ULg) as well as a Master’s in Management from Solvay Business School (ULB). He is also a trained HR & OD Auditor/Consultant (Group’AT) and certified in the MBTI, 16PF and PAPI tools.

Early in his career, he held various financial positions in (Export Finance Officer, Financial Controller) in German companies like Siemens. In 1994, he joined a large LSE-quoted recruitment firm which he left in 2007 as Managing Director Belgium & Luxembourg to co-found ProfilerConsulting.

He was President of Federgon RSS for 6 years and member of the Board of ECSSA (European Federation of Search & Selection Associations).

He is active in executive training on a regular basis, a.o. in the EMBA programme of LSM-BMI.

At ProfilerConsulting, he advises medium & large organizations on various HR matters including middle & top management recruitment, organizational development as well as individual and group coaching.

He speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Luxembourgish.

 

Sandra Branson holds a Master’s in Management from Solvay Business School (Commercial Engineer – VUB).

Sandra started her career in 1993 as a consultant with Accenture in the change management practice.  In 1996 she took on an HR consultancy and business partner role in JPMorgan. Early 2000, Sandra further deepened her HR skills within Euroclear (operated by JPMorgan) where she became Head of Leadership & Organization Development for Euroclear Group. She built an extensive experience in the broad area of talent management (talent acquisition, training, leadership assessment & development, coaching, employee engagement, performance management, competency management, grading, culture, well-being…) and led the HR side of multiple business transformations. In 2004 Sandra stepped-up to an HR leadership role by joining the KBL Private Banking Group (now Quintet) as Head of HR for their Belgium subsidiary Puilaetco. In 2018 she took on the HRD role for Allianz Benelux. Both roles had a clear focus on HR transformation and developing an HR strategy/operating model to create a highly engaged workforce committed to business performance and success.

Sandra has a dynamic personality and likes to challenge others. She is results-oriented and fan of process efficiency and continuous improvement. Her motto: “Success isn’t just about what you accomplish in your life; it’s about what you inspire others to do.”

Koenraad Goris

 

Koenraad Goris holds a Master’s degree in Psychology (KUL) and a Master’s degree in Sexology (KUL). He also holds a postgraduate degree in HRM (AMS) and various counselling and coaching certificates. He is certified in several feedback and assessment tools such as 360° feedback, PAPI and CaPPr tools.

After an academic start as a research assistant at the University of Leuven and a military service as recruitment & selection officer, he became headhunter for 8 years. In 2002, he joined Cubiks, starting as Country Manager Belgium & Luxembourg and became Partner of Cubiks, having a  Business Development role worldwide. In 2015, he joined PwC Belgium to become Director People & Organisations. In 2019, he started his own company personago.com, in partnership with the assessment tools provider Cappr.org.

In 2020, Personago and ProfilerConsulting joined forces.

At ProfilerConsulting, Koenraad advises organisations mainly in leadership assessment & development, succession planning and talent management.

He speaks Dutch, English, French and German.

 

Oscar Marchena holds two degrees from EDHEC Business School: a Master’s degree in Business Management, and a Master’s in Strategy, Consulting and Digital Transformation. He also has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technological University of Panama.

Early in his career, he worked as a Human Capital Consultant for Deloitte, where he was involved in several projects related to Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits.

At ProfilerConsulting, he advises medium & large organizations on middle & top management recruitment of permanent and interim management roles.

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Isabelle Thomas

 

Isabelle Thomas holds a Master’s in Management from Solvay Business School (ULB), as well as several diplomas in financial markets (ICMA, IFCA/ACI).

Isabelle held various financial, training, risk management, sales, director and executive positions at Thomson Reuters where she worked 26 years. She then moved to consulting and recruitment as Managing Director and is now Business Partner at ProfilerConsulting.

She has a broad and solid experience in people management, business development, client relationship, transformation, communication, innovation and strategy.

Her dynamism, enthusiasm and solution mindset, combined with her empathy, collaboration and trust have a significant impact on others.
